I would have used one of three lenses: 

-- CV 12mm
-- Leitz 21mm
-- Leica Tri-Elmar

I'm not one to record exposure data for each frame. The 12mm images are 
pretty obvious -- in fact, I think I turned most if not all of those into 
panoramics at least in this set.
