Whoops.... maybe too much beer to remember the correct city?

How about commuting?  It did serve really nice beer.....

Nice place, nice pub, lot's of character, but it is in Victoria on 
Vancouver Island,
not Vancouver (quick hop by seaplane, 3 hours by ferry)
