I get this effect every time I use a wide angle lens with color slide film.
I didn't find the sky objectionable on the left side of the screen, but I
would dodge the upper right. The center seems underexposed. Can you fiddle
with the curves in the scanner?

I was struck more by the other problem you get from ultra-wides...converging
vertical lines. I was going to work on that, but forgot the term PS uses to
try and fix them.
