Subject: [LEICA] DMR ruins shutter R8

Hello Luggers,

My DMR arrived last friday. Saterday and a part of sunday it worked perfect
with my R8. I had only some problems with the FlexColor-software of Imacon.
Hard to install this properly, but finaly it worked OK.
I tried the DMR also on my Leitz microscopes and the results were great!!

Only after some 100 shots the shutter of my R8 broke, shutterblades got
loose and got stuck!!

Well, that was the end of my first digital Leica-R-days. I am interested
what "Solms" is going to do now?
 I will let you know.

Back to film again, the old fassioned way again. (with my RE and R4..)
