Hi feli,

yep  that's pretty close, maybe 25 years by now and never had a lens shade 
on it once. Actually I think I threw it away or it's still kicking around in 
some bits & pieces box. ;-)

The cost to have the pins replaced was far more than a couple of good 
bottles of single malt scotch, so common sense prevailed. So the lens as you 
say.. "is still being used naked!" Sans flaring of any kind. :-)
