Thanks, Mark.  I do plan to start with the RAW files, not the jpegs 
like the ones posted, and make "real" black and white prints as soon 
as I can get around to it.  It does help to look at these quick black 
and whites, though, like a rough proof, and get an idea of which ones 
I want to spend more time on.
