[Author Prev] [Author Next] [Thread Prev] [Thread Next] [Author Index] [Topic Index] [Home] [Search]so just chatted with the guy at the film counter at samy's about how my favorite film is getting harder and harder to find: agfa APX. we were both distraught that it would soon be disappearing. rumors about the ill health of agfa have been going around for some time. its like when the company that made the pen that charles schultz used to draw the peanuts with went out of business, he bought their entire stock and did not run out before he passed away. he said in an interview that if he did run out, he would probably stop drawing. i shoot digital more and more but i do not love it and certainly won't be as passionate about it as i am about film. give picasso photoshop cs and i will still want to see his paintings. this sucks and i'm bummed. doug -- doug kim http://www.ricecracker.net/
