It's called 'Le Jardin des Cygnes', although the only swans I saw there were two plastic ones in the garden - no photograph I'm afraid. During the trip I found myself staying at several of the hotels in the Logis de France group - http://www.logis-de-france.fr/uk/ . The hotels are independent but are 'approved' by Logis de France. I didn't experience a bad one.
