He has a point, there.  I dunno how convenient central NJ is for people
who might be feeling the pull to keep tabs on developments in their home
town, but let me add my guest bedroom to the list.  Guest bedroom with
two single beds (we could drag some more in if necessary), and its own
bathroom -- so you needn't fear we'd be under each other's feet all the
time.  Pleasantly wooded semi-rural area about 40 miles north of Camp
Kyle.  Fresh sheets; might have to endure photo talk and overly-inventive
cocktails.
