The ferry ride from Circular Quay is fantastic by itself, then the cable car from the zoo entrance to the top of the hill, it's all very spectacular. There was a lot of building work going on while I was there. Most of the zoo was getting a make over, and it looks as if it will be even better when that's finished. The giraffes certainly have some of the best views across to central Sydney. Thanks for looking. Certainly it's the most beautiful I have ever visited. With it's fabulous view and topography it's a wonder simply for its location. I'm trying to find a negative for an image I made there in August of 1993. The image of the beach and storm clouds is very memorable!
