Dodd in Cleveland does; I believe they have two.

But they aren't re-stocking, and obviously trying to stop selling  
Leica stuff, even though both 50mm Lux ASPH's flew off the shelves,  
and they are running out of all Leica stuff.
The management are weenies. Nice people, but weenies, nonetheless.
