My attempts to find a hotel in Perpignan itself have drawn a blank, so I'll probably stay somewhere reasonably close like Canet Plage and drive in for the day. As you're probably aware there is an autoroute from Barcelona to Perpignan. That's the plan for now. The only thing that can sink it is if I cannot get a place in the dog pension for my dog, but it should not be a problem, the summer is over by then.
