[Leica] So do I sell the darkroom?

2005 is not 1995 and its not going to get worth any less sitting around 
either.

I'd store the stuff until you are *absolutely certain* that you want to sell 
it.

The fact that you're uncertain enough to ask the question on the list 
suggests that you are not.
