As far as you're not cropping the frame, 35mm can be enlarged even more 
with fine results, I have a couple of 16x12 prints from 35mm where 
grain isn't an issue. If we're talking about tonality in B&W, the 
larger the better.

BTW, limiting 6x6 to 15" doesn't fit in proportion with the 11" stated 
for a 35mm format. :-?
