Subject: [Leica] Speaking of medium format, I've picked up a1954Rolleicord...

Check the collimation on your rangefinder! Just point your RF at a white 
wall and
direct the laser beam through the RF window. When the laser is aligned right 
you
should see two dots on the wall. Focus the lens till the two dots are in
convergence and measure the distance from the wall to the film plane. If it 
agrees
with your focus scale then all is well.

Well maybe all is not well, but have fun ;-)
