I don't think there will be a full frame back for the F6, for the  
simple reason that you can't fit a full size chip into the gate. It's  
the same reason why the DMR is x1.37, which is the biggest they could  
squeeze in there.

The F6 appears to be a strain of the D2x/D2h body and guts with a  
film transport.
If Nikon does a full frame D3, I'm guessing it will be a variant of  
the D2X.
