Glass plates are a bit modern for my work, anyway. Gimme highly  
polished silver (and sadly, that part of Daguerreotypy  hasn't gotten  
any easier!), a bit of iodine (and bromine), and just a *touch* of  
hot mercury, and I am happy.

Exposures in SECONDS if I'm lucky...
