[Leica] Hotshoes on cameras w/out batteries

I did say "most", and even Leica fit this norm for its 80's ish cameras.  
The 
M4-P does not quite fit the 80s bill as it is a pre 80s design, even if it 
had a M6 top plate.  My M4-P: will not fire my SF-24D either, but it will 
fire a 
flash from the same design era that it was designed for.  My R3MOT(no longer 
in my bag, long gone), and R4SP both are 80s ish Leicas and they both have 
electronic flash circuits.  My R8 and M6TTL both fire my Sf-24D and also use 
the 
TTL feature, they work great with it.
