Yes the second time round I think it was 1981 was early digital. Kind of the
year digital hit. A lot of bad digital recordings made then.
The first time round which was 1955 could be thought of as "early stereo".
If don't count some of the odd stuff which went on in previous decades.
I think 55 is when stereo hit.
