Thanks, John. I shot the images with a 20D, using a 16-35 f/2.8 and 85 
f/1.2 for the landscapes; the macros were shot with the addition of the 
Extension Tube EF 12 II and the same lenses.  I like the 16-35 best for 
extreme close-ups and landscapes, while I find the bokeh of the 85 best 
for pretty much everything else.
