For the last number of years, Atlanta has had the lowest fuel costs 
on average, lower than Houston or any other oil producing area. Today 
the low end of the price range for regular seems to be very similar - 
$1.91 to $1.95 for regular.

That compares with $2.50 to $2.60 for the lowest prices in many parts 
of California, for eg. and with $3.10 (converted) in Vancouver.
