Subject: [Leica] Leitz - VERY OT

I picked up an old stapler this morning to find that it bears the words 
"Leitz" 
(in a psuedo-oriental script) and Made in Germany on the base.

Does anybody know anything about these staplers? and if so what is its focal 
length??
