I've been too busy with work and self-abuse to concentrate much on photography lately. However, broke out the M2, the 90 Summicron, and a roll of XP2 for a rehearsal at the Reading Symphony Orchestra. The soloist was Marc-Andre Hamelin, who performed the Busoni Piano Concerto. The Busoni is the Mahler of piano concertos--requiring an oversize orchestra, an off-stage male chorus, and a soloist who can master some of the most difficult writing in the piano literature. Piano was a Bosendorfer Imperial 290. Person chatting with the soloist is conductor Sidney Rothstein http://www.photo.net/photodb/photo?photo_id=3173077 I noted that XP2 seemed a little more contrasty than in the past. Any other experiences like that--or is everyone else now shooting digital exclusively? All best, Jim Shulman Bryn Mawr, PA
