For 30 years, I had only the 50 Summilux with a M3. Then, the 50mm documented the important things in my life, my children and family. More recently my usage has favored a 35mm f2.0 ASPH and has become by far my most used lens. The 50mm is now used mostly for it's 1.4 aperture or when in need a short "tele". The combination is a bit close in focal length but still important because they are in my bag. I think it will be interesting to see if that usage changes. My first grandchild arrived this week and the 50mm is already on my camera. 35mm f2.0 ASPH - 80% 50mm Summicron - 20% Regards, Roger
