3.12 looks like the last sell buy price at the suspension.  It could open 
lower!  I was alluding to the likelihood of an assessment in the plan to be 
laid out at the 5/31 meeting!

OTOH, if you buy shares you may be able to write-off a trip to Germany for 
the 5/31 shareholders' meeting!
