Dennis is not thinking straight... The Epson RD-1 is a piece of electronics,
the fact that it is a $3000 camera is not relevant.  The MTBF is around a
week.  Price is not an indicator of quality in electronics, especially
consumer electronics.

I keep repeating that you must be careful in your expectations with
electronic components.  It is not the same game as with finely made
mechanical parts.
