People are bidding on it.  

Okay, let's go over what all could be wrong with exposure to heat:

1)  all lubricants dried up and solid
2)  rubber shutter curtains compromised
3)  optical cements overheated and stressed
4)  metal tempering on springs affected,
5)  heat induced asymmetric deformation, through tolerances of precision
parts out
6)  differential expansion and cooling of dissimilar precision-fit
mechanism, possibly leading to seized mechanisms

.....let me reiterate - you don't want this camera   ;-)
