Phong, you're right. I should have said Dec. 15, 2004 instead of Mar.  
15...You see, that's why editors are so important. But the information is  
current. 
Leica expects a big drop in profits for its fiscal year ending on March  31 
of 
next year [2005].
   The report came to me [and other subscribers] from Leica  itself in its 
periodic newsletter and a week earlier to Leica AG shareholders.  Leica's 
stock 
was also down on the Frankfurt bourse. --bob  cole
