Rick,
  Are you questioning the Tilley or the Cobra?
My thought is the Cobra is not real - but I should mention that good 'fakes'
can exceed 100 large now.
Tilley?  Not sure but my guess would be similar, that it is another make.
just my 2 pfennings.
