Subject: [Leica] How to use a T4 adapter for "SL"
From: Thinkofcole at aol.com (Thinkofcole@aol.com)

I have a Soligor T4 adapter marked SL, which I assume is for the Leica SL.
I
also have an identical one made by Vivitar. Neither came with SL
instructions, but with instructions how to use what it called the T4
"Universal
Automatic System" for lenses made by Miranda, Nikon, Pentax and Canon. I
tried to
make it work by following the instructions I have but since I do not own
any R
Leicas, I am not sure how to use it.
The metal adapter is black on one side and says Patents Pending, Japan,
Soligor [or Vivitar] and Set Pin Here. The other side has a satin chrome
finish and what must be the Leica-R bayonet mount.
Anybody know how to make it work? TIA -- bob cole
