I am most of the way through a bottle of that Distiller Edition 1987. I
bought it in duty-free in the Zurich airport on the way back from my trip
over the summer as my first foray into LUGavulin-land. (It cost less than
the starting ebay bid, BTW.) I'm enjoying it, but I'm not sure I'm a big
fan of the "second maturing" which I think was in some kind of wood that
imparts a sweet flavor (maybe a sherry cask?).
