%host www.georgewbush.com

www.georgewbush.com is an alias for www.georgewbush.com.edgesuite.net.
www.georgewbush.com.edgesuite.net is an alias for a434.g.akamai.net.
a434.g.akamai.net has address 69.31.48.22
a434.g.akamai.net has address 69.31.48.9

An alias to an alias to two addresses. Akamai.net is notorious for lousy
DNS service, and in this case I'd bet that your browser ends up trying
to open the wrong web server.

Simpler is usually better:

%host kerry-04.org

kerry-04.org has address 68.152.85.151
