Nice item Tim.....  It is hard to tell for what reason he was arrested...
taking pictures in a prohibited place, or disobeying a policeman's order (
no matter how lawful he was being).

The cops always have the upper hand... if they tell you to do something and
you (even politely ) refuse, they got you for disobeying a policeman's
order.
