Sounds pretty much like the old Kodak Gold CD's which were licensed by Kodak
from Matsui (sic ?) who's CD's are/were gold/Phthalocyanine and who probably
still have the patent to that.

Probably licensed from Matsui

gold/Phthalocyanine has certainly shown to give the greatest longevity in
the testing I saw.
