Subject: [Leica] Nathan's PAW 37: Schiphol and Almere

Schiphol is my all time favourite airport.

As I recall the duty free electronics shop had very good prices on Leicas.
I held off buying the first time because I was on my way to Berlin where you
would think is the best place to by leica gear ...alas, I was wrong... And I
came back through Heathrow where the only thing cheap was the Scotch.

The second time I was on my way to Nairobi courtesy of KLM with no way to
carry the extra gear. On the way back I was too sick to care.

...maybe next year on the way to Perpignon. :^)

Just as an aside and not to start a fight.... Can you image what would
happen to these people if they were caught at the perimeter fence of an
airport in the USA?

God bless the Dutch.
