Well when you say green with green - not necessarily so.
If you'd attempt this with paper made for printing color negatives you bring 
in a whole new set of 'stuff' as in compensating for the negative mask 
color, neg to pos filtration, etc. 

The green for green would work more for a pos paper like Ilfochrome, but 
obviously you've made b&w negs, so - oh I'm getting confused. 

Any of these craft approaches would require significant trial and error - 
but taking the b&w seps into photoshop would seem the quickest way to see 
where one might end up - on screen.
