You must really hate HCB then.  I have not found any of his books, or books
on him for less than $90, most are over $100.

You got me. I don't despise Riefenstahl for being a confidant of
Hitler, supreme Nazi propagandist and lifelong apologist, I despise her
for having expensive books.
