I agree.  Royal Gold 25 was the last color print film I got really
excited about.  That and the Fuji 800 (NPZ, Press) film.
For a large company with a very large market share at one
point, probably large enough to define and set the directions 
of  the film market all by themselves,  Kodak changes courses 
way too often for its own good.   No belief in itself.  A giant trying 
to fight the way dwarves do.

Someone else said it:  they overdo the market research thing.
