No, it does not. The lens does not know what the sensor size is. All
that happens with the smaller sensor is that you crop the image
tighter, resulting in a narrower angle of view. To imagine the effect
with film, take any negative you have, and cut it down to the size of
the sensor. That will replicate the effect of the smaller digital
sensor on the image.
