I've met and talked with Romeo Dallaire (it's surprising who actually comes
up to Yellowknife)

It is a heart and mind wrenching book and an indictment of the failure of
the UN and International community in Rwanda

PS - IMO Dallaire is one of the most honest, courageous and statesmanlike
people I have ever met
