I have seen some of your work and you don't seem to be having too much trouble getting them in focus! Also- while on the topic of birds- do you shoot from some sort of blind or can you just put the sneak on 'em? I would guess a blind of some sort with the camera on a tripod from the apparent shrpness of them. I have to admit, about the only wildlife I am adept at photographing are those critters at the petting zoo! :o) Dan - ----- Original Message ----- From: "Douglas Herr" <telyt@earthlink.net> To: <leica-users@mejac.palo-alto.ca.us> Sent: Tuesday, March 02, 2004 12:47 PM Subject: DOF? With a long lens there isn't any to speak of and I want the entire critter or at least its head to fit within the whole DOF. It's like trying to put a basketball though the mail slot at the post office. > > > Doug Herr > Birdman of Sacramento > http://www.wildlightphoto.com > -- > To unsubscribe, see http://mejac.palo-alto.ca.us/leica-users/unsub.html > - -- To unsubscribe, see http://mejac.palo-alto.ca.us/leica-users/unsub.html
