The gear he is using there looks extremely cumbersome - a M6 and a 35mm would be much easier to work with. What is normal anyway? When I met him in London it was at the launch of his 'China' show and all he had with him was his M6 and one lens, so maybe he finds all the 'normal' gear too cumbersome now.
