The thing that I liked most about it is that there a great deal of variety in the shots. Each image is interesting. Some I liked better than others, but each stood on its own. Sometimes I'll see in galleries a lot of photographs that all look the same. And by looking the same I don't mean the same subject matter. Sometimes it can be entirely different subject matter, but the shots still look the same. (Perhaps in some areas -- like portraiture -- this can be a good thing, as people want a certain look without too much creativity. But I've seen supposedly "artistic" showings with about as much variety as you find in the portrait pages of a high school yearbook.) Graham's work, as shown on the LUG, is a great example of how someone can take essentially the same subject matter -- i.e. a landscapes in roughly the same region -- and make each photograph unique and interesting. IMHO, it's a real talent to be able to shoot the same subject matter and make each shot unique. I can't put a finger on why each one looks unique, but I know it when I see it.
