Gerry,

That is very odd.  You can rotate frames 90 degrees, but 45 degrees 
leads me to believe that the program misread the file format.

I have only used VueScan with Olympus .orf files from my C-5050.  It 
works great and allows me a tremendous degree of control.  That said I 
am still learning how to work with it.

I did see on the Hamrick site that the Fuji S2 is supported.
