I wanted to buy a book and explained I was in Canada. They said no problem shipping to Canada but the book was out of stock. So fine, I wait. Every month for a few months I send a reminder email just to see how it is coming. Finally they sent me a nasty note saying they were not going to ship into Canada as it was too much trouble. As if I was trying to make them! So I ordered the book in from England. I don't mind them not shipping to Canada or whatever but why string me along so long?
