Yes, its the 17-mile drive entrance toll.

Yes, PB/Carmel-by-the-sea is a bit foggy. It is cool, but not really cold,
especially in summer.  Winters are actually warmer than inland, like
Carmel valley.  Some summer days are cooler than winter days. !
