I'm using Portra 400 B&W for my scanning and printing. Also works well in
the darkroom, but not as well as XP2. Portra was designed for scanning and
neutral prints. My M6 had never been happier. The Canon 4000 is also in
agreement.

exprimentation out went the darkroom. What films are people using for
negative scans and are you shooting B&W or color and converting to B&W after
the scan. Is anyone adjusting exposure to get a better scan later?
