Eric I agree, but I detect a bit of strong Coma, possibly his lens needs to
be checked. Otherwise a great shot.

I really like how you've controlled the flare. Technically, very well
done.
Aesthetically--and this is just my opinion--I'd have made this a vertical
shot. Put more emphasis on the stunning foreground and how it gradually
leads back to the main subject. Make it more dynamic.
I thought your fog shots were outstanding, but this lagnappe is in another
class altogether!
