Why I don't use PayPal.

When I had a problem the bank said that I had a valid transaction with 
eBay. That they wouldn't suspend the payment for that reason because 
they had no control over the seller as they would with a Amazon, LL Bean 
or any company which accepts credit cards.

PayPal may not be very good for sellers either:
