The base price at QLM is $85 plus shipping, the meter working or not. Which
means, do not buy a working meter, as it will have to be cleaned for contact
corrosion anyway. If you see one, automatically deduct $93.00, working or
not.
I prefer to buy none working ones, as even the working ones I bought from
reputable dealers have had to go in for a $85 tune-up/fix.
